3. Is there space for drying your food?

  2. Dehydrate. Set your temperature on the air dryer low – anywhere from 150 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have your air fryer running too hot, you can cook or burn your food.
  3. Time. Set your timer for about 15 minutes to start, and then check your food about every five minutes until you get the desired result.
  4. Record. Once you figure out how long it takes to dehydrate a certain item in your air fryer, write down the time and temperature so that the process will be quicker next time.
  5. Store. Let your dehydrated food cool thoroughly and then store it in a secure, dry, and dark area so that it will have the longest shelf life possible.
